Research on the simulation technology of the EEC directive

Abstract To solve the problem that the existing throttle control system of the test bench does not match with the EEC and cannot participate in the engine control through the EEC, we design an EEC command simulator to convert and output the control signal of the test bench to the EEC. A reliability design based on characteristic analysis is proposed to improve the reliability of the system and the accuracy of engine control. A throttle stick signal acquisition technology based on characteristic parameter regression analysis was designed to achieve high-precision acquisition of cross-quadrant nonlinear throttle stick signals. A real-time calculation algorithm based on the FPGA parallel table lookup method is proposed to ensure the real-time performance of the collected parameters for engine control.

Abstract

A throttle stick signal acquisition technology based on characteristic parameter regression analysis was designed to achieve high-precision acquisition of cross-quadrant nonlinear throttle stick signals. A real-time calculation algorithm based on the FPGA parallel table lookup method is proposed to ensure the real-time performance of the collected parameters for engine control.
