Forensic Examinations of Extremist Materials: Theoretical and Practical Problems, Solutions

The authors have analyzed scientifi c publications and practice of performance of forensic examinations of extremist materials and describe some problems of performance of such examinations in the contemporary conditions. Special attention is paid to performance of a forensic linguistic and a complex psychological linguistic examination of complex objects (polycode and fi ction texts). The issue of the methodological support of a theological examination is covered. The paper notes high load of experts of state expert institutions involved in performance of forensic examinations of extremist materials. Ways to solve existing problems are outlined.
