STUDY ON THE EXPERIENCE OF RIDE-SHARING SERVICES AMONG THE YOUTH OF BHOPAL

Ride-sharing services have transformed urban transportation by providing convenient, technology-driven mobility solutions. This study examines the experience of ride-sharing services among the youth of Bhopal, focusing on their usage patterns, preferences, and challenges. With the increasing adoption of services like Uber, Ola, Rapido, and InDrive, youth rely on these platforms for daily commutes, offering benefits such as reduced waiting times, enhanced safety measures, and cashless transactions. However, issues like high fares, ride availability, and app-related glitches also affect user satisfaction. Through real-life user opinion, this research uncovers how ride-sharing is shaping the transportation choices of Bhopal’s youth. By analysing both its advantages and drawbacks, the study highlights areas where improvements can enhance the overall experience
