Efficiency of control of the functional state of highly qualified Greco-Roman wrestlers in the pre-competition period
The article presents a comparative analysis of the functional state of the organism of highly qualified Greco-Roman wrestlers in the pre-competition period of training on the basis of analysing the parameters of heart rate variability, indicators of press-pulse index Alfimov, adaptation to physical loads. The individual features of the coefficient of "explosive" qualities, indices of the coefficient of maximum relative strength are shown, which is a proof of the effectiveness of control of the functional state of the organism of highly qualified athletes. The obtained numerical values of functional tests during the period of pre-competition training significantly improved in the studied group of athletes, which is confirmed by the significance level of P<0.05. A high level of tolerance to physical loads was noted. The conducted pedagogical experiment allowed to substantiate the necessity of individualisation of correctional, pedagogical and restorative measures, which ensure the effectiveness of training and as a consequence of successful performance in competitions.
