Dynamics of adaptation of women cadets to the condition of surveillance training

The process of adaptation of female cadets to the conditions of study in departmental universities is one of the urgent problems of science and practice. New conditions of activity affect the functional state of the body, as a result of which the state of the cardiovascular system is an important criterion for assessing the adaptation process. Changes in cardiovascular system parameters during the adaptation process are multidirectional, however, the correlations that arise between the studied parameters are of particular interest. The aim of this study was to analyze the correlations that arise between the indicators of the functional state of the cardiovascular system, physical development and the effectiveness of control standards during the first year of study among female cadets of a departmental university. Materials and methods. The study involved 18 female cadets studying at a departmental university in the profile "Investigation" at the Oryol Law Institute named after V. V. Lukyanov. At the initial stage of study (2nd semester) and at its completion (8th semester), the cadets passed control standards, their physical development and functional state of the cardiovascular system were determined. The obtained data was subjected to correlation analysis. Results of the study and their discussion. Statistical processing of the data allows us to conclude that in the experimental group at the initial stage of the study, a large number of interrelations between the studied indicators are noted, which may be the result of the body's reaction to new conditions of activity and ongoing adaptive restructuring. At the final stage of the study, a certain decrease in the total number of interrelations between the indicators and their strengthening is noted; however, this still leaves tension in the cardiovascular system. Conclusions. The identified patterns may be a sign of unfinished adaptation changes occurring in the body of female cadets, and they require further more detailed studies.

Abstract

The process of adaptation of female cadets to the conditions of study in departmental universities is one of the urgent problems of science and practice. New conditions of activity affect the functional state of the body, as a result of which the state of the cardiovascular system is an important criterion for assessing the adaptation process. Changes in cardiovascular system parameters during the adaptation process are multidirectional, however, the correlations that arise between the studied parameters are of particular interest.
