Imaging Manifestations of Thrombus Crossing the Patent Foramen Ovale in Nephrotic Syndrome

The imbalance of the coagulation, anticoagulation, and fibrinolytic systems in patients with nephrotic syndrome makes them prone to thrombosis at multiple sites. This paper describes the imaging features of a case of NS complicated by a thrombus crossing the patent foramen ovale, providing a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
