Safety Leadership Training: Implementation and Effectiveness Evaluation in the Dairy Farm Industry
The application of the Kirkpatrick Model of training evaluation suggests participating dairy farm supervisors had positive experiences with the training program, and acquired safety hazard and workplace conflict identification skills.
