In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the development of legal regulation of family entrepreneurship, but at the same time the issues of what cases of entrepreneurial activity should be considered as covered by this concept, what is the list of main features of family entrepreneurship, whether it is necessary to distinguish family enterprises as a special organizational and legal form of legal entities or it is possible to consider them within the existing doctrinal framework remain debatable. The lack of solutions to these issues at the doctrinal level hinders the development of legal regulation of family entrepreneurship, taking into account the interests of participants of family entrepreneurship, society and the state.
