General Issues of Codification of Legal Provisions the Genetic Information Sphere: From Ethical Problems to Legal Mechanisms
The proposed article attempts at generalization of existing legal approaches to regulation of relations in the genetic information sphere. The author consistently identifies problems of ethical and legal nature in the genetic information codification sphere. In the article, special attention is paid to design of the legal content of the genetic information codification mechanism.
