Human Rights as a Non-Legal Problem
The article presents an argumentation in defense of the author’s methodological position regarding the essence of the human rights problem, namely, regarding its non-legal basis. The position is methodological, since it requires rethinking a number of concepts and ideas, which collectively reflect the nature of law, the nature of rights, and the semantic contexts of the concept of man. The problem of human rights is conceived as a problem directly related to legal understanding.
