The report analyses the community trends and directions for the establishment and development of ethical rules in the use of AI in the labour process, as set out in the strategic documents. On the basis of the exposition, conclusions are drawn on the importance of sound legal regulation, given the guarantee of adequate legal protection and assertion of basic social and labour rights.
