The Criminal as Abnormal

The article offers the author’s version of the phenomenon of the criminal as a complicated complex of phenomena of natural but illegal and abnormal manifestation of civilizational identity, the idea of the criminal as a quasi-legal anti-value, raises the issue of the opportunity for if not total eradication of the criminal, then at least minimization of its consequences.
