Panslavic Ideas in K.N. Leontyev and F.M. Dostoevsly’s Views of Law and State
The article examines approaches to the category of “pan-Slavism” in the works of K.N. Leontiev and F.M. Dostoevsky. The unity of the thinkers’ views on the problems of the emergence of a federal Slavic state, the inevitability of the Europeanization of the liberated Slavs, and the development of anti-Russian rhetoric in the Slavic world is noted. The thesis is substantiated that both authors considered the dominant feature of the future political consolidation of the Slavs not ethnic kinship, but Christian foundations.
