A METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING WAYS TO BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN THE NEED OF ORGANIZATIONS OF THE MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX FOR DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AND THE CURRENT DIGITAL COMPETENCIES OF EMPLOYEES
In the context of rapid digitalization of the economy, organizations in the defense-industrial complex face a critical gap between the need to implement innovative technologies and the level of digital competencies among personnel. This article focuses on developing a methodology aimed at overcoming this imbalance, which directly impacts the competitiveness and technological security of this strategically vital industry. The authors analyze key challenges, including the mismatch between educational programs and actual production demands, as well as the obsolescence of employee skills. The study’s results present a methodology for the phased elimination of personnel shortages, recommendations for collaboration with educational institutions, and tools for employee assessment. The practical significance of the study lies in the methodology’s potential to contribute to increased labor productivity and reduced costs associated with adapting new technologies.
