NATIONAL PRIORITIES OF WORLD LAND RELATIONS AND THEIR FORMS OF DEVELOPMENT IN THE MODERN ECONOMIC SYSTEM OF RUSSIA

The article presents a study on issues of national priorities in the sphere of land legal relations and their forms of manifestation in the modern economic system of Russia. In the process of study, the main stages of scientifically grounded agrarian policy of the state are considered. Different points of view on the content and purpose of national priorities are analyzed and grouped in relation to civil and land legal relations. The interests of the federal center, regions and local governments on the principles of optimal combination, must be structured with the interests of subjects — land users through harmonization. The purpose of the work is to substantiate national priorities in the sphere of land legal relations and the formation of new aspects in the modern economic system of Russia. The article presents the criteria and forms of manifestation of national economic and institutional interests for their economic implementation.
