A time-interleaved sampling calibration algorithm adapted to temperature changes
The main advantage of the time-interleaved sampling foreground broadband calibration algorithm over the background calibration algorithm lies in the known parameters of the calibration signal. This allows for a more accurate and rapid acquisition of the TIADC mismatch error. Through appropriate digital signal processing, the adaptation error can be corrected more precisely, achieving an effective broadband calibration. However, changes in device characteristics due to temperature variations can result in different mismatch errors at different temperatures, thereby affecting the result of the foreground calibration.
