METHODS OF PREVENTING THREATS TO ENSURE THE PERSONNEL SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

The relevance of the topic is due to the need to develop integrated solutions to minimize threats related to the human factor and improve the effectiveness of personnel management. In the face of growing competition and dynamic changes in the business environment, it is becoming obvious that it is important not only to respond promptly to such threats, but also to build a system that will prevent them. The authors consider the factors of successful personnel security management, threat prevention measures, rapid response to incidents and ensuring the stability of the system. Recommendations are proposed for improving the company’s personnel security system, taking into account the identified problems and current trends, based on the use of psychological and analytical methods to ensure the sustainability of the personnel system by creating a favorable climate in the organization, increasing employee engagement and creating conditions for their professional growth.
