TRAINING OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL PERSONNEL FOR HIGH-TECH INDUSTRIES
Training and education of personnel for the digital economy face many serious obstacles and difficulties, such as: Digital inequality, the concentration of IT specialists in large cities such as Moscow creates an imbalance in access to digital technologies and educational resources. The regions often lack the necessary conditions for the training of qualified personnel. Differences in the level of social development: social factors such as income, access to education and infrastructure affect the ability of the population to master digital skills. In regions with a low level of social development, these opportunities may be significantly limited. Inequalities in economic development: the economic situation in the regions also affects investments in education and training. In less developed economies, there may be no incentive to create new jobs in the IT sector. Labor market imbalances: There are often discrepancies between supply and demand in the labor market. For example, there may be a high demand for IT specialists, but an insufficient number of qualified personnel to meet it. Uneven adaptation to digital change: different regions may adapt to digitalization in different ways. In some places, the introduction of new technologies may occur faster than in others, which creates additional difficulties for education and training. The formation of economic, social and managerial skills among engineering and technical personnel will make it possible to more effectively implement the import substitution strategy. Without the development of various industrial sectors of the Russian economy, their training may not remain in demand on the labor market. These and other issues have determined the relevance of our research.
