THE ROLE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP

This article examines the impact of emotional intelligence on the development of effective leadership. It highlights how a leader’s ability to understand and manage their own emotions, as well as to feel and consider the experiences of others, contributes to the creation of a cohesive team, building trust, and increasing employee motivation. Particular attention is paid to how emotional intelligence helps to cope with the challenges of modern management, promotes informed decision-making and creates the basis for sustainable development of the organization.
