CRITERIA FOR ASSESSING TECHNOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNTY IN THE ORGANIZATION OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES OF HIGH-TECH ENTERPRISES

Big challenges dictate the need to modernize approaches to the monitoring system of the production system. The issues of diagnostics of the formation of technological sovereignty are relevant at all levels of government. In the field of high-tech industries, this issue is especially significant at the enterprise level. The purpose of the study is to develop criteria and methods for assessing technological sovereignty in the organization of production processes of enterprises in high-tech industries. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: to systematize the criteria for assessing technological sovereignty and propose provisions for the development of a methodology for monitoring the production system. Research methods: literature analysis, general logical methods, analysis of time series. The article systematizes the criteria for assessing technological sovereignty in the production management system, which develops a system for planning production processes of a high-tech enterprise. Proposals have been made to expand the system of indicators for assessing technological sovereignty at the micro level with an emphasis on intellectual activity and R&D of the enterprise. The approbation was carried out on the example of a machine-building enterprise. The proposed provisions are applicable in the context of improving the production management system of high-tech enterprises in conditions of high exogenous risks.
