Real-Time Deep Learning Model Deployment on Raspberry Pi Using Streamlit for Electricity Consumption Forecasting
The development of predictive technologies for energy management in Algeria represents a significant step towards a more intelligent and sustainable energy system. In this paper, we propose a deep learning-based process to predict future consumption. The framework combines the Raspberry Pi, Streamlit framework, and lightweight deep learning model to address these challenges. The experiments were conducted with hourly electricity consumption data collected over a 12-year period in Algeria. The results demonstrated the model's promising performance.
