Cyber-Physical Systems and Artificial Intelligence: State of Art and Research Agenda
More attention has recently been paid in both academic and practical settings to the connection between cyber-physical systems and artificial intelligence. However, there is currently no study that thoroughly reviews and analyzes this connection. This underscores the need to close this gap by performing a comprehensive evaluation of the literature using bibliometric and scientometric analyses with regard to studies on cyber-physical systems and artificial intelligence. Thus, major trend analysis and knowledge structure analysis are performed. 189 papers acquired from Web of Science data sets have been analyzed, visualized, and mapped using (i.e., intellectual and conceptual). With reference to the analysis and discussion outcomes, future directions are suggested to address every facet of this developing field. By doing this, the paper equips researchers and practitioners with knowledge about the cutting-edge development and trajectory of artificial intelligence tools for cyber-physical systems.
