ENDOLASER NO TRATAMENTO DE GORDURA LOCALIZADA

The Endolift™ or Endolaser technique (LASEMAR1500™ machine, Eufoton s.r.l.) has become known worldwide for using the 1470 nm and 980 nm wavelength laser emitted by an optical fiber inserted into the subdermal tissue with the aim of reducing subcutaneous fat and improving skin tone through neocollagenesis. This study aimed to describe the authors’ experience through several studies on the application of the endolift or endolaser technique in treatments for localized fat. This work consists of a narrative and descriptive bibliographic review of articles and studies on the application of endolasers. Articles and publications from scientific journals from the last five years, in Portuguese and English, extracted from virtual databases such as Scielo, Pubmed, and the Virtual Health Library were considered. The results indicate that the Endolaser fat reduction technique has stood out as an effective and widely adopted solution for those who wish to treat specific areas of the body without the need for surgical interventions. This method has several advantages, including precision in eliminating fat deposits, reduced discomfort and shorter recovery times. Additionally, the possibility of combining the laser with other technologies, such as ultrasound, enhances the results, promoting more pronounced definition and a more balanced aesthetic.
