Analysis of monitoring data on the effects of foundation excavation on existing structures in urban core areas
Abstract Urban core areas usually face traffic congestion problems, and to relieve traffic pressure, many foundation excavation projects above the existing subway appear, and the safe operation of the subway puts forward higher requirements for the implementation of such projects. To analyze the impact of a foundation excavation project on the subway structure, the key indicators of the surrounding environment, including the surrounding buildings, road surface, columns, support axes, crown beams, etc. During the excavation of the foundation excavation was monitored and analyzed in depth to minimize the engineering risks and ensure the safe construction of the project and the safety of the existing subway tunnel. Based on the monitoring results, corresponding improvement measures are proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. The conclusions obtained can also provide guidance and help in the selection of a reasonable construction plan and support structure design for related projects.
