Multi Stage Cable Force Optimization Algorithm for Cable‐stayed Bridges Based on Influence Matrix Method
Abstract In order to achieve a reasonable completion state of large‐span cable‐stayed bridges and ensure that the bridge alignment, cable force, and tower deviation meet the requirements after closure, an optimization algorithm for cable force adjustment during the construction stage of large‐span cable‐stayed bridges based on the influence matrix method is proposed. Taking the Yangmeizhou Bridge in Xiangtan, Hunan as the background project, optimization objective functions and boundary conditions are established for two types of elevation deviations during the construction process, and the sequential least squares quadratic programming method is used to iteratively calculate the optimization model. Based on engineering measurements and finite element calculations, the key section for cable adjustment was selected and the optimal cable adjustment scheme was determined. The results showed that the proposed optimization model can meet the requirements of cable force adjustment during the construction phase of long‐span cable‐stayed bridges, the implementation path is clear and easy to implement. Compared with traditional empirical adjustment methods, it has better applicability and interpretability.
