The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence and Coping Behaviors Among Nurses in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Nurses exhibited high levels of emotional intelligence and moderate coping behaviors. The researchers recommend the integration of emotional intelligence training and problem-solving strategies into professional development programs to improve both workplace conditions and outcomes for beneficiaries.
