Efecto de los espacios literarios para incentivar el gusto por la lectoescritura en el estudiante de bachillerato

Within the framework of the project: Reading activation model for the Social Inclusion of high school students (USA), a training space was created, under the modality of a literary workshop, to encourage the love of reading and writing in a group of 43 fourth-semester students. Socio-constructivist didactic strategies adapted to the preferences of the students were used. The methodology used was participatory action research, integrating both qualitative and quantitative analysis, to evaluate its effects on the learning of creative and critical writing. The results of the literary productions highlight themes such as love, friendship, loss, depression, loyalty, heroism or war. Progress was identified in the acquisition of the creative writing competence as the five sessions of the workshop progressed. At the end of the training space, it was observed that in response to the strategies implemented, the students improved their perception of reading, as well as their self-concept as young writers.
