Estrategias para la gestión del conocimiento docente en la Facultad de Humanidades: innovación y colaboración académica

This study explores knowledge management among full and interim professors at the Faculty of Humanities at the University of San Carlos of Guatemala, with the aim of identifying strategies to strengthen knowledge sharing and improve the visibility of academic production. Using a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews, focus groups and questionnaires were used, allowing for the analysis of perceptions regarding access to resources, collaboration and institutional support. The results show a lack of formal spaces for collaboration, limited access to resources and low visibility of scientific production. It is concluded that it is necessary to implement management support policies, develop communities of practice and create an institutional repository that promotes the visibility and impact of academic production.
