Issues of Value Formation in Scientific and Pedagogical Activities

Purpose. To analyze the theoretical foundations of the value system, the features of didactic knowledge at the classical and non-classical stages of its formation and to determine the theoretical and conceptual bases for applying the axiological and cultural approaches in modern domestic pedagogical theory, to analyze the concept of value based on the analysis of philosophical, sociological, psychological, pedagogical works. Methodology: аnalysis and synthesis of scientific theoretical approaches to the value system, idealization of concepts in the educational environment. Conclusions. Teaching and scientific research represent a single whole, being in close interaction with the educational process, where the teacher, when forming value guidelines, conveys to the student not only knowledge, general culture, a system of scientific and pedagogical values, but also contributes to the formation of a scientific worldview in the student and awareness of the individual,s values. Scientific and practical relevance. This article examines and substantiates, on the basis of cultural, axiological and integrative approaches, a comprehensive approach to educational activities in the formation of students, value orientations to achieve the planned result in the educational process.
