INVESTMENT SYNERGY IN THE CONTEXT OF NATIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The article examines the issues of investing in the economy, proposes a definition of economic synergy, substantiates the relationship of regulatory instruments on the investment process; identifies problems of investment activity. The reasons for the functioning of state funds in conditions of high cost of borrowed capital are proven and substantiated.
