Embodiment of the Concept of a Civil Community in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Sphere

The author considers the concept of civil law community in relation to insolvency and bankruptcy. The article pays special attention to the characteristics of the meeting of creditors, heirs of the deceased debtor, group of persons as civil law communities. Attempts have been made to identify the criteria for singling out civil law communities in the field of insolvency and bankruptcy and their types. Separately, the author touched upon the issue of the degree of stability of relations between persons in order to identify them as a civil law community.
