On Procedure Contractualization Once Again

The article discusses the possibility of contractualization the national process. Based on the equality of the forms of overcoming legal uncertainty and the purpose of the civil process and the procedural form, the author concludes that it is permissible to adjust the procedural form in the state court by agreement of the parties. At the same time, the scope of contractualization is limited by the minimum standards of justice.
