The presented article uses general (theoretical, universal), as well as specific (empirical and practical) research methods such as analysis, synthesis, generalization, analogy, classification, deduction and induction, and the comparative method. The main types of judicial representation are described in detail with the designation of their distinctive characteristics; a new subspecies of judicial representation is presented for review - legitimate "professional" representation.
