COMPLIANCE AUDIT IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT: MEANING, SYSTEM ELEMENTS, INNOVATIONS AND THEIR EVALUATION

The article examines the role and importance of conducting a compliance audit in public procurement. The life cycle of public procurement is considered. The elements of the public procurement audit system are presented. The main tasks and basic principles of compliance audit in the field of procurement are outlined. An assessment of the changes in the regulatory framework in the area under study is given. The consequences of violations of legislative norms during public procurement are classified and considered. Mechanisms have also been identified to ensure transparency of the process. The paper analyzes quantitative, qualitative and statistical indicators of procurement evaluation.
