EUROPEAN FOOD SECURITY

The article examines the essence of food security, the negative historical experience of solving the problem in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, the calculation of indicators for determining the level of food security in Europe, and the status identifiers for this indicator. Modern challenges and threats to Europe’s food security are considered. Measures are proposed to improve the situation and avoid problems.
