ANALYSIS OF REFORMING THE SYSTEM OF STATE AND MUNICIPAL GOVERNANCE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article examines changes in the organization and structure of the federal executive power according to the scheme “federal ministry, federal service and federal agency”. The main trend in the dynamics of the number of employees in the executive power system is identified – a reduction in the number of employees in 2015 – 2022 at each level of government – federal, regional, local.
