Breaking the H 2 O dissociation-OH desorption scaling relationship in alkaline hydrogen evolution by oxophilic single atom M 1 –Ru <i>n</i> electrocatalysts
The oxophilic M 1 –Ru n catalysts facilely overcome the inherent scaling relationship in the alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) over traditional nanoelectrocatalysts, opening up a new opportunity to achieve maximized alkaline HER performance.
