The consequences of fluctuations in world prices, soil depletion and increased production costs are analyzed, as well as the impact of monoculture on the labor market, investment attractiveness and trade balance of regions. Strategies for diversification of agricultural production and the introduction of sustainable agricultural technologies aimed at increasing the stability of the agricultural economy are assessed.
