Implementation of Labor Law Principles in the Professional Activities of a Judge

The article determines the Labor Law principles revealed in current legal regulation of the Judges’ professional activity confirming the Labor Law nature of this activity. The Author provides co-relation for the terms of “nature” and “principles”, classification of the principles underlying the legal regulation of professional activity of the Judges as special subjects of law, illustrates the manifestation of Labor Law principle of unity and differentiation in current legal regulation of particular Labor Law elements of the Judges’ professional activity. It is stated that the doctrinal research of Labor Law nature of the Judges’ professional activity along with improvement of current legal regulation in considered field should be proceeded according to Labor Law principles underlying it.
