Problems of the Administrative Law Status of a Forced Migrant in the Russian Federation

The article examines the basic problems of the administrative and legal status of a forced migrant. In the study, the author relied on the general cumulative nature of the status of a forced migrant, which combines the status of a refugee, temporary asylum, and political asylum. The main problems were studied, including issues in legal regulation, as well as insufficient elaboration of social adaptation and integration measures of forced migrants, and ways to solve these problems were proposed.
