On Reconciliation in the Light of Agreements on Jurisdiction

The article discusses the impact of the possibility of concluding procedural agreements on the prospects for reconciliation of the parties. The authors study the impact of the level of dispositivity of procedural rules on the cooperation of the parties, conclude that it is necessary to maintain and expand dispositive regulation in order to increase the potential of conciliation procedures.
