Special Aspects of Imposition of Punishment for Illegal Interference with Activities of an Official Receiver

This article is devoted to the problem of replacing punishment in cases of bringing to administrative responsibility former heads of debtors for obstructing the activities of the court-appointed receiver in case of late provision, evasion or refusal to transfer to the arbitration manager, information, documents necessary for the performance of their duties, and property belonging to a legal entity.
