TRIPLET OF PULMONARY HYPERTENSION
This report describes a 48-year-old female presenting with progressive dyspnoea, chest pain, and palpitations over two months. Her clinical evaluation revealed a complex interplay of haemolytic anaemia due to sickle cell anaemia, mitral stenosis, and severe pulmonary hypertension. A comprehensive diagnostic workup and therapeutic interventions were implemented, including blood transfusion and pulmonary vasculature management. This case highlights the challenges in managing patients with overlapping cardiovascular and hematologic pathologies.
