Industrial Specifics of State Control (Supervision): Administrative Law Justification
The article proposes an administrative and legal justification for the industry-specific nature of state control (supervision). Based on the classification of the state control (supervision) system, enshrined in the regulatory framework and in the doctrine, various criteria for such classification are identified. A conclusion is made about the conventionality of identifying types of state control (supervision), about the complexity of taking into account the industry-specific nature of state control (supervision). The importance of taking into account such specificity, its impact on the development of the theory of state control (supervision) as a whole, as well as other theories of administrative and legal science are substantiated.
