ORGANIZATION, RATIONING AND LABOR PRODUCTIVITY AS A FACTOR OF INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF PRODUCTION ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article analyzes the main points regarding the organization of labor, the features of standardization in the personnel issue, as well as ensuring the correct formation of the system of work with personnel to increase labor productivity with minimal costs of both finance and time. The main stages of the organization of work on personnel management through labor standardization are highlighted, the basic factors influencing this process are determined. The stages of labor organization at the enterprise are formed, including through the competent use of the existing human resources potential of the organization without the costs of expanding the staff, which is not always necessary in modern conditions of economic activity. In order to improve the efficiency of labor organization, the concept of lean production is proposed, including in the aspect of the company’s human resources potential.
