Multi-dimension distribution network planning evaluation and investment strategy based on fuzzy cognitive map
With the rapid development of power grid construction, increasing investment scale, and the continuous evolution of external forms, we must coordinate economic, social, and environmental benefits and other multi-dimensional factors, carefully and rationally arrange power grid planning projects, and focus on input and output benefits. Therefore, it is very necessary to actively improve the existing investment model, formulate scientific distribution network planning evaluation and investment strategy, and promote the sustainable development of the power grid. In the past, distribution network investment strategies were generally evaluated using single-dimension indicators such as power supply reliability indicators. The key points and directions of distribution network planning and construction reflected were onesided, and they could no longer meet the reality of distribution network planning in the context of new situation construction need. In this paper, through analysis of existing distribution network planning indicators and existing problems, combined with the new situation of incremental distribution business liberalization, transmission and distribution price reform, energy reform, etc., multi-dimensional analysis of distribution network planning precision investment strategy, in-depth analysis of various plans The corresponding relationship between the project and the index improvement, a multi-dimensional distribution network planning precision investment strategy model based on fuzzy cognitive map is proposed.
