DETERMINAN KINERJA PENJUALAN PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR NONDURABLE HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS DI INDONESIA TAHUN 2015 2023
One of the efforts to increase sales can be measured by net sales volume. Of course, many factors can affect sales volume, both through advertising & promotion costs, direct labor costs incurred, and inflation rates. As mentioned above, this study examines scientific evidence of the extent to which advertising & promotion costs, direct labor costs, and inflation affect sales volume, partially or together, in Nondurable Household Products Sub-Sector companies in Indonesia in the period 2015 - 2023. Related to sales volume, the data collected in this study is a time series from a case study of PT. Kino Indonesia Tbk, PT. Martina Berto Tbk., PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk., and PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk, namely from 2015 (Q1 to Q4) to 2023 (Q1 to Q4). The collected data were tested with descriptive statistical tests followed by classical assumption tests, namely, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. The author also conducted correlation tests (partial and simultaneous), determination coefficient tests (alone and together), regression tests (simple and multiple), and finally hypothesis tests, namely, t-test at a significance level of 5% and -F test or ? = 5%. to facilitate data processing, researchers used the help of a combination of statistical programs between E-Views version 12 and IBM SPSS version 27. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that the sales volume of the Nondurable Household Products Sub-Sector company in Indonesia for the period 2015 - 2023 is influenced by advertising & promotion costs, direct labor costs, and inflation. Seen from the correlation coefficient value, the R value of 0.986, indicates a very strong correlation between advertising & promotion costs, direct labor costs and inflation to sales volume. The result of the determination coefficient test is 0.969 which means that advertising & promotion costs, direct labor costs, and inflation contribute 96.9%, the remaining 3.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test show a significant influence where Fcount 397.060> Ftable 2.90 with a significance value of 0.000
