PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. SUNWOOD TIMBER INDUSTRIES

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style on employee performance, the influence of work environment on employee performance, and the combined influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT. Sunwood Timber Industries. The data analysis methods employed in this research include regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) have a significant impact on employee performance (Y).
