The new rules for working with unclaimed land shares in 2025

The article considers the issues related to legislative support for determining the legal basis of unclaimed land shares, as well as an assessment of the current legal mechanism for "working" with such shares and the decision of the federal legislator to transfer all shares that have retained this status to municipalities in 2025. The author indicates that the changes in the rules of "work" with these shares will affect not only their owners, but also farmers and agricultural enterprises, as well as municipal authorities for whom the land law issue will become one of the most important activities.
