On Rational Use of a Land Plot

The concept of rational use of a land plot is considered. Issues of possible use of the land plot based on the socio-economic strategy of the Leningrad region until 2030 are discussed. An analysis of the district's provision with social infrastructure facilities is presented. Alternative options for the use of the land plot are considered. Options for rational use are proposed. Calculations of indicators of effective use of the land plot are made. The cost of the land plot is determined for various options of its use, based on methodological recommendations for determining the market value of land plots. The choice of rational use of the land plot is justified.
